This is a remote position.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Partner Success Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring Partner satisfaction driving adoption and building strong longlasting relationships with our clients. As a Partner Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the value our Partners receive from CSP Control Center contributing to Partner retention expansion and overall business success.

Responsibilities:

Product Demo Onboarding and Adoption:

    • Provide highly effective product demonstration showcasing the value of the product and its impact on how they manage their business.
    • Lead the onboarding process for new partners ensuring a smooth and successful transition onto our SaaS platform.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to customize implementation plans based on each Partners unique needs and goals.
    • Provide training sessions to educate Partners on using the product effectively and optimizing its features.

Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Partner accounts building strong trusting relationships.
    • Conduct regular checkins with Partners to assess their satisfaction understand their challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Proactively address Partner concerns resolve issues and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

Partner Success and Value Maximization:

    • Understand each Partners business objectives and usecases to help them achieve their desired outcomes with our SaaS solution.
    • Offer strategic guidance and best practices to ensure partners are utilizing the product to its full potential.
    • Collaborate with Partners to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Data Analysis and Insights:

    • Monitor Partner usage patterns and engagement metrics to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
    • Utilize datadriven insights to make recommendations for optimizing the Partner experience and driving product enhancements.

Renewals and Expansion:

    • Proactively manage the renewal process by engaging Partners well in advance highlighting the value theyve gained from our SaaS solution.
    • Work with the sales team to develop expansion strategies for existing accounts including upselling additional features or services.

Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate closely with sales marketing product and support teams to ensure a seamless Partner experience.
    • Provide regular updates on Partner health and status to internal stakeholders including executive leadership.
