JD:
10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile coaching role. • Proven track record of successfully leading and coaching multiple Scrum teams in a complex environment. • Deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies. • Expertise in facilitating effective meetings and workshops. • Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to build rapport and trust with team members at all levels. • Experience with Scrum tools like Shortcut and a willingness to learn others. • Passion for Agile methodologies and continuous improvement. • Understanding of the healthcare and insurance
