Job Milap is hiring a Manager/ Senior Manager - Lending Partnership in Mumbai & Kochi for one of its leading and fastest growing asset backed digital lending Fintech Platform. It is currently present in 60+ cities and has served more than 5 lakh+ customers. It is the first ever fintech in the asset-backed lending category to record a $1bn annual run rate (ARR). Profile Summary:
As the Senior Manager of Lending Partnership, your role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives within the Fintech landscape. With 5-8 years of specialized experience in lending, you will lead the establishment and nurturing of key relationships, overseeing existing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your expertise in midmarket and corporate sales, coupled with a deep understanding of lending products, will be crucial in fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

Education: MBA from a top-tier institution (Tier 1/Tier 2)
Experience: 2-4 years of corporate relationship or enterprise sales experience specifically in the Banking sector.
Location: Mumbai & Kochi
Must Have:
- At least 2 Years of relevant experience in Enterprise Sales/Corporate Lending/ Mid Market relationship management in leading Banks/NBFCs
- Proven track record of end to end program management of new alliance and partnership
Job Responsibilities:
- Lending Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for establishing and expanding lending partnerships in alignment with business objectives.
- Account Management Excellence : Oversee the end-to-end management of lending partnerships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, and identifying avenues for upselling and cross-selling.
- New Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the midmarket, SMEs, and startup segments to expand the lending partnership portfolio.
- Market Positioning: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of lending solutions.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting : Establish and monitor key performance indicators, regularly reporting on the success and challenges of lending partnerships, with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the Fintech and lending space.
- Extensive Traveling: The role requires extensive traveling to cultivate and maintain partnerships effectively. Engage with lending institutions, clients, and stakeholders on-the-ground to strengthen relationships and drive partnership success.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA from a top-tier institution.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Banking
- Industry Network: Proven network within the BFSI industry, including lending institutions, startups, and key players in the ecosystem in Banking and BFSI domain.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of overall business strategies amidst ambiguity.
- Negotiation Mastery: Strong negotiation skills, particularly in the context of complex Fintech partnerships.
