Job Title: Director / Vice President Performance Delivery COE
Job Overview:
As a Director / Vice President of the Performance Delivery Center of Excellence you will serve as a senior leader combining strategic partnership with handson coaching for executive business leaders. Your primary focus will be on delivering business assessments and driving operating model transformations to enhance operational foundations promote efficient growth and achieve superior outcomes for both customers and associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Act as a strategic partner to PD Practice Leads and executive/senior business sponsors.
- Influence the identification of critical work that drives expected outcomes on key performance metrics.
- Utilize a strategic approach to communicate compelling value stories to leaders.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a small team of PD Managers and/or Directors.
- Coach and mentor the team contributing to skill development and practice improvement.
- Explore new and emerging services to enhance the capabilities of the PD practice.
Alignment of Initiatives:
- Emphasize alignment of people process and technology initiatives.
- Exercise judgment on complex business problems demonstrating an indepth understanding of functional areas involved.
Performance Delivery:
- Contribute to largescale core business and process transformation improvements.
- Conduct business evaluation and assessment operating model design & redesign and process and technology integration.
- Facilitate and execute strategies within a crossfunctional projectbased environment.
Industry Expertise:
- Bring proven expertise in Digital transformation.
- Experience in relevant industries is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree is a must; Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Over 15 years of experience in largescale core business and process transformation improvements.
- Proven expertise in business evaluation and assessment operating model design and Digital transformation.
- Strong strategic thinking with a focus on building trusted relationships and improving outcomes.
- Ability to understand evolving client needs and create capture and deliver value.
- Prioritization and scoping skills working within the concepts of a statement of work.
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations.
- Agile mindset with a bias for action and the ability to adjust to multiple demands.
- Organizational Change expertise with influential leadership and refined organizational intuition.
