A fast growing Financial Services Corporate with a vast diaspora of institutional and retail customers across India is hiring for Manager- Real Estate Advisory

The position will be an invaluable member of our Wealth Management Team and will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to clients in buying, selling, and managing real estate properties. The incumbent should have a deep understanding of real estate markets and be able to negotiate deals and contracts. The goal of this role is to help clients make informed decisions that meet their real estate goals and objectives.

The Position Holder Shall Be Responsible For

Proactively engage in business development activities through research, intel, networking, internet, cold calling, industry seminars for the selected vertical and leverage existing relationships of other business units.

To assess client requirements, initiate and maintain client interactions, and support in preparing information memorandums, financial analysis, pitch books and presentations.

Building and maintaining excellent client relationships

Build network with Ultra HNI/HNI clients for Ultra luxury/luxury Residential property sales.

Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.

Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching their investment/residential needs.

Planning various approaches and pitches.

Cold calling for sales of Primary properties.

To achieve organisations written down sales targets.

Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.

Participating in Negotiation meetings with buyer & Seller. Support transactions advisory team to effectively execute and conclude transactions
