Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Creative Director at BetheBee. The Associate Creative Director will be responsible for delivering creative direction and strategy for our clients, overseeing the branding and art direction, and supervising the graphic design team. The Associate Creative Director will work closely with the CEO and Creative Director to ensure that the creative output is of the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills
• Branding and Art Direction skills
• Graphic Design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field
• 12-15 years of experience in a creative agency
• Experience in managing a team of creatives
