Job Summary:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing outbound and inbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition for our software application. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, SEO specialists and Partner Management teams to identify target audience, create engaging content, and drive website traffic.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be data-driven, and have experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for software applications. The candidate will be reporting directly to VP Global Marketing and will have a dotted-line- relationship with COO, who also manages Global Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies including maintaining the list of customer prospects, segmenting them based on roles, creating engaging emails, and urging prospects to sign up for free demos, download eBooks, etc.
- Identify and execute outbound marketing campaigns to industry-specific mailing lists.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize the website, drive relevant traffic to the website, and urge visitors to sign up for free demos, download eBooks, etc.
- Work with SEO specialists to create and monitor social media Ads on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Collaborate with the Partner Management team to help partners run marketing campaigns around our software application.
- Regular meetings with global team members to define and execute local marketing initiatives and fine tune global marketing calendar.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for software applications.
- Proficient in Performance Marketing, email marketing, SEO, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Note: This is a full-time position that does not require traveling.
