Positions. Should have experience in Sourcing using various job portals Like

Naukri/. Strong experience in working with

Jr/Sr/Manager

level requirements. Experience in Scheduling interviews via

Telephonic/F2F/Virtual

Mode. Should have good knowledge of

Technical/IT

requirements as per market industry. Should have good experience in

ATS (Application Tracking System)

and other recruitment tools. Maintaining Database of both Candidate and Client as per requirements. Should have experience in posting jobs in / Other Job boards. Sound knowledge in

Google Sheets, Google Forms, Excel, and Outlook . Good Communication Skills and Negotiation/Convincing Skills. Good Experience into working on

Boolean Search /Naukri Keyword Search as per client requirements. Able to find the right candidate for that particular role, filtering candidates while screening process. Good to have working for Product and Service base companies and other clients. Should be comfortable to work on Saturdays.

Mandatory Skills Recruiter should have experience on working with below requirements: Data Scientist/AI/ML Engineer/Cloud Engineer QA Automation Frontend /Angular/Reactjs .NET Full stack developer/c#.net AWS Data Engineer /ODI DEVELOPER UI/UX /SQL Developer Android /IOS Developer Azure DevOps Java full Stack Developer and other technologies.

Nice to Have: Work experience into various Domains: Infra,Banking/financial,Health Care,Networking etc Niche skills knowledge
