Purpose of Job:
Buyer – Civil Services and Structural Responsibilities: Experience of contract management and procurement of Civil construction Services for green field /brown field projects. Preparation of Bid document and bid guidelines Drafting & Tailoring of commercial & Special condition of contract as per Project requirement Floating of RFQ to approved bidder. Organize RFQ explanation meeting & Site walk through. Lead and interface between the company and bidders in Tendering process Review tender document submitted by Contractor, Conducting TBE with Construction manager/Project manager &do the Bid conditioning. Preparation of Internal cost estimate & rate analysis. Caring out fact-based negotiation Negotiating with vendor on contract terms & important condition like Payment Milestone, BG, DLP, LD etc.... Preparation of QCS Preparation of Note for Approval (NFA) for higher management approval Preparation of PO in ERP Managing Change Order/Amendment performing Post Contracting activities Perform contract closure activities & Closure of PO Education Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Civil Experience: 4 to 7 years.
