Profile – Chief of Staff

Location – Bangalore

CTC – 10 Lakhs / Year

Experience – 2 Years Experience in General Management or HR Admin or Marketing or Sales Domain.

Date of Joining – May 1 st 2024.

About We2Grow – We are closed ecosystem of HNI's, Investors, Strategist, Family Offices, CXO's, Directors, System enablers where we help each other for their growth. Broadly we operate in 3 Business verticals of Investment, business growth and govt connects.

About the Role – The person would be closely involved and working with the founder on investment and business growth vertical. For the first 8 months the job will majorly be revolving around the business growth vertical.

Who are we looking for

1. A generalist who would wear multiple hats of strategist, spokesperson, coordinator, being the face of the company over a period. 

2. As we are sector agnostics the generalist would be learn each day about minute details of all business. So, someone who is willing to learn on the go and be an effective team player.

3. A person who has a UG in any stream and preferred MBA from TIER 2 colleges.

4. A person who can speak and write English well with additional languages like Hindi and regional languages being a bonus.

5. A person who has experience in marketing or sales or general management.

6. Someone is willing to travel across India and abroad over a period.

7. A person who wants to stay with the company over a considerable period.

8. A person who has a knack to find out solution to problems.

9. A person who will be based out of Bangalore.

10. Someone with a positive mindset and take challenges head on.
