POSITION- PLANT HEAD

LOCATION- SOHNA,(HARYANA)

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Plant Head to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head. The Plant Head will be responsible for day-to-day plant operations at our Sohna facility. The Plant Head will oversee production planning, quality control, and production management. Additionally, the Plant Head will be responsible for budgeting and ensuring that all production goals and objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 11 year experience in manufacturing industries
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage budgets
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the toy manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in Plant Operations, Production Planning, Quality Control, and Production Management
