Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visual content that captivates our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce a wide range of creative assets, from digital marketing materials to print collateral.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visually engaging design solutions that align with project goals and brand standards.
Produce a variety of design materials, including brochures, posters, social media graphics, and website elements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative designs.
Revise and refine designs based on feedback and project goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to ensure the highest quality of work.
Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand reinforces our status and reputation and is appropriate for our audiences
Design and layout of materials for internal communications
One can design and layout of essential materials (leaflets, brochures, infographics presentations)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary Slab: 3 - 4 LPA
