Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating multi-state projects that contribute to the organization's mission. Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Implementation:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Foster positive relationships to enhance project outcomes and sustainability.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Implement robust monitoring and evaluation systems to track project progress and impact.
- Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity Building:
- Provide support and training to project staff and community members as needed.
- Identify opportunities for capacity building and skill development.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with the budget.
- Work closely with the finance team to manage the financial aspects of the projects.
Qualifications:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Social Science, or Rural Development from top-tier institutes like TISS, IRMA, IIM, etc.
- Experience in project implementation, particularly in rural development and community outreach.
- Proven track record in operations management, project budgeting, client reporting, and team handling.

- Stellar communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and persuasive team player.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, emphasizing a unified project mission.
