Job Title : Business Development Manager
Overview :
As a BDM at Subsha Solar Power, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination with our valuable customers. This position involves managing various aspects of solar projects, from initial planning to ongoing maintenance. The BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to guarantee the successful implementation and performance of solar projects.

Responsibilities :
· Develop project schedules, outlining key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
· Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and longevity of solar installations.
· Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field (Engineering, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, etc.)
· Minimum 3 years of marketing experience and project coordination preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
· Strong understanding and knowledge of solar technology, installation practices, and industry best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes related to solar energy projects.
