Job description

Qualification & Skills :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field

- 2+ years of operations experience

- 3+ years experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel)

- Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills (bilingual a plus)

- Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization, and decision-making

- Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage the staff and train new hires on office policies and procedures

- Keep track of staffing requirements and hire new talent as needed to correspond with specific duties and skill sets

- Cold-calling & educating clients about our business solutions and prospecting accounts

- Assigning daily duties and creating a daily report, managing team members, and facilitating collaboration in the workplace

- Preparing quotations, presentations & bids for the empanelment of advertising agencies

- Schedule client meetings for the senior management team

- Prepare monthly staff meeting agendas and collaborate with our senior management team on the implementation

- Work with our vendors to make purchases and reconcile invoices

- Handle company conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests, and booking travel arrangements if necessary

Experience : 3-5 Years

Offered Salary : 2-4 LPA

Location : Gurgaon
