Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Specialist. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for bid processes, tender management, bid preparation, proposal writing, and communication. The Bid Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure bid submissions are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation skills Experience in Proposal Writing and Communication Ability to analyze requests for proposals, create and manage project timelines, and coordinate team efforts Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of military procurement and contracting processes is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferredJob tags
