Business and Strategy Analyst

Job description

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry developments to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance business performance and drive growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data, analyze findings, and formulate strategic recommendations. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Assist in the evaluation of potential business opportunities, including market entry strategies, partnerships, and acquisitions. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess strategic initiatives' effectiveness and identify improvement areas. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in business analysis and strategic planning.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, consulting, or a similar role Tier 1 college ( preferably IIT, BITS, IIM and NIT) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise insights. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
