Job description
Closely assess contractual terms to identify development opportunities and mitigate risk.
Motivate team to deliver against quality safety cost and schedule targets.
Ensure stringent quality assurance across lifecycle project processes for optimal package outcomes.
Smooth Execution of Project by dealing with vendors subcontractors and clients.
Preparation and presentation of detailed project reports using Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinate project plans to execute major upgrades successfully guiding technical teams in achieving project goals.
Producing deliverables on time to customer specifications clarifying requirements and finding solutions.
Contribute to procurement requirements tender assessments and evaluation to support management and administration of contracts.
Helping and managing suppliers to facilitate prompt delivery of parts to required quality standards.
Collaborate with the project manager and superintendent to identify critical longlead items and develop project procurement schedules.
Secure contractually required warranties from subcontractors and vendors to protect from supplier nonperformance.
Project schedule preparation
Project cost estimation for tendering / quotation
Coordinated with the Purchase team suppliers consultant and site office for timely project completion.
Payment collection Cash flow management Project Budget and Project Cost control all activity including Environmental Clearance.
Suggested to the management about the desired changes in strategies and execution processes to achieve development objectives.
Should love to travel based on project requirements.
Finally closely working with Engineering Purchase Finance Vendors consultant and customers to execute the project smoothly.
Should have minimum > 5 Years field experiences in fields erection testing and commissioning of MV equipment Eg. MV Capacitors Reactors CT PTs & LA C&R Panels switchyard etc.
