Role Overview As a CBO, you will play a crucial role in our senior leadership team, responsible for defining and executing effective sales and business development strategies. Your efforts will ensure alignment with our company's broader vision and ambitions, focusing on expanding our market presence and enhancing customer engagement through innovative solutions.
Key Deliverables - Ensure a robust pipeline of deals to meet organizational targets.
- Align people and processes with business goals for maximum efficiency.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and coach the sales team.
- Focus on achieving budgets and targets.
- Build and guide a high-performing sales and business development team.
Responsibilities - Collaborate with the Co-founder amp; CEO to develop growth strategies and business plans.
- Develop a strong sales and business development strategy.
- Foster partnerships and an ecosystem that enhances market visibility and lead flow.
- Engage in strategic discussions and management meetings.
- Leverage technology to achieve Fretron's vision.
- Manage risk across the customer lifecycle.
- Innovate products and market segments to maximize core product penetration.
- Enhance sales team efficiency and productivity.
- Create a nimble and agile sales team that aligns with our digital DNA.
- Identify and address improvement areas in teams and processes.
- Participate in industry forums and events for brand positioning.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to inform future strategies.
- Report on progress, risks, and needs to the leadership team.
- Analyze customer, market, and technology trends to keep the business competitive.
Must-Have - Prior experience in a SaaS environment.
- Innovation and product development experience.
- Leadership capability, from strategy to operations.
- Result-oriented with proven execution capability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and direct the team.
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputable institute.
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, especially in B2B contexts and enterprise software projects within the logistics sector, particularly related to Software solutions.
Should-Have - Experience in managing a dynamic sales team.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation management industry.
- Ability to travel extensively across the country.

- Active participation in relevant industry forums and networks.
Reporting To Schedule Fixed shift (Onsite)
