Job description
Job Description : Job Role :- Work with product managers and engineers to produce and maintain documentation, including User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, In platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc.)- Prepare and document standard operating procedures, processes, and configurations.- Learn complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users.- Write user-friendly, engaging products about highly technical subjects.Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience :- Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for a general audience.- Experience with process mapping (e.g. Visio)- Ability to use visualization and formatting to enhance comprehension of technical topics.- Strong command of written English language- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail- Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative toolsNOTE : This will be a contract role for 6-8 months only.
