Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist t. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to company employees, various HR groups, and management as part of a centralized function aimed at handling a variety of HR-related transactions. You will possess excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, as hands-on experience with these tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to company employees, HR teams, and management in handling a variety of HR-related transactions.
• Process various paper and electronic forms efficiently and accurately.
• Input employee personal data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database.
• Document activities as requested, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar HR support role.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with hands-on experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Familiarity with HRIS databases and systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
