Ltd Job Description Division/Department: Product Location: Mumbai Job Title: Business Analyst Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate General Description Work Experience Requirements Experience: 2 + years of experience as Business Analyst in Development and Implementation of IT solutions. Business Analysts are responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

Should be good in communication skills

Shipping industry standard practices and domain knowledge is preferable. Skills: Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in working on API based service and product solution.

Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.

Strong analytical skills with experience in writing user stories and test scenarios.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive project and business results.

Proficiency in use of collaboration and technical tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Experience of managing external vendors and partners.
