Job Overview We are hiring an Architect with a B Arch degree to join our team. This is a full-time position with a focus on projects located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and be passionate about creating innovative and sustainable spaces.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B Arch) from a recognized institution
- 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations

Roles And Responsibilities - Developing architectural designs and blueprints for various projects
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
- Creating detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and codes
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Overseeing construction progress and providing on-site support
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure adherence to design specifications
