Responsible for all marketing processes including customer related processes as specified by API & ISO standards.

Customer communications

Enquiry handling, order review and acceptance, communication of orders to production and quality and relevant department.

Assessment of customer satisfaction.

Awareness of safety system and importance of using safety equipment

To discuss the requirements of customer to operations manager.

To discuss with customer regarding the feedback.

To negotiate & fulfill all the requirements of customer in consultation with operations Manager.

To receive all positive & negative feedbacks from customer and communicate to relevant person within the organization.
