React Native Engineer:

• You'll primarily work on building new user-facing features & components for Grapevine
• You'll work with the design team and turn their designs into prototypes, keeping time, usability, aesthetics, and user experience in mind.
• You'll constantly review our app by monitoring key metrics, and optimizing for faster load times
• You'll create experiences that shape an iconic product. We believe in hiring smart people that pride themselves in good values, their work ethics, and holding great responsibility

Web Engineer:

• You'll primarily work on building new user-facing features & components for Grapevine on Web
• You'll work with the design team and turn their designs into prototypes, keeping time, usability, aesthetics, and user experience in mind.
• You'll constantly review our website by monitoring key metrics, and optimizing for faster load times and Search engines (SEO)

Backend Engineer:

• We're looking for a backend generalist who can pick up anything as required, from handling infrastructure, to writing APIs to running migrations
• You'll primarily work on Grapevine backend APIs, both public-facing and internal
• You'll have to ensure that all the APIs and services are performance efficient, and keeping in mind speed, performance, and the security of our users' data.
• Our backend tech stack consists of Python, Django, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and many other open-source tools. We use Azure as our cloud.
• Prior experience of 2-3 years in these technologies is a big plus

You're a good fit if:

• You understand your users, like bringing great products to life and think of making APIs as a craft
• You've built, scaled, and maintained large-scale systems before. This is a big ask, and this is a big plus, but not absolutely required
• You are a fast learner. Our tech stack will grow with time, you need to be able to learn on the go and built solutions quickly
