Customers can start shipping with iThink Logistics to save their shipping costs through a one-click plugin integration.

Role Description

This full-time role for a Sr. Client Servicing Executive is an on-site position and is located in Mumbai. The Sr. Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, meeting clients to discuss their shipping requirements, and handling customer complaints or inquiries. The Sr. Client Servicing Executive will be expected to upsell within the organization and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve and work in a team environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in logistics, courier operations, or eCommerce industry is preferable, but not required
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi fluently
