Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist will also be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer issues.

• Analytical Skills
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field

Relevant technical certifications and experience in specific software programs may also be beneficial.
