Role Description:
To support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of your products. To focus on customer loyalty and building long term client relationships and keep the customer on the platform while supporting them to use it effectively.

- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent in MS Office and usage of analytics and data platforms
- Strong ability to understand Product and demonstrate that knowledge to the user

- High quality process design and implementation
- Strong knowledge of the SMB segment and SaaS business
- To be able to connect with the customer over both their success and frustrations to develop a longterm bond.
- Focus on adding value and reduce attrition oversee the onboarding process to help improve retention and usage. Ensure there is consistent usage of the product.
- Bridge the Gap between Sales and Customer Support To be both salespeople and support professionals. Be a relationship manager that expands customer accounts increases retention
