Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Draftsman. The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for creating architectural, construction, and structural drawings. The draftsman will also be involved in planning architectural designs and ensuring that they conform to regulations and provide technical assistance for construction crews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural drawings and creating construction drawings
• Experience in architecture and planning
• Knowledge of CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
• Experience in project management is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications may include knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations, experience with sustainable design, and familiarity with materials and construction techniques.
