Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer located in Gorakhpur. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for spearheading the designing, planning, and execution of all civil engineering projects such as residential properties, commercial buildings, and hybrid domains. They will need to manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and consultants, fostering collaboration and skill development. And, should be committed towards delivering high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience
• Strong leadership, and project management skills
• Experience in real estate development or construction company is a plus
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office and other civil engineering softwares is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
• Knowledge of MEP is preferred
• Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations would be a plus
• Proficient in English & Hindi
