- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ATS integrations
- Technical expertise in integrating ATS with other HR systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and integrate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize the hiring process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design integrations
- Develop and implement effective ATS integration strategies to streamline recruitment workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ATS integrations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ATS integrations, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ATS integrations to internal teams
- Ensure data integrity and security while integrating ATS with other HR systems
- Create and maintain documentation for ATS integrations, including configuration details and troubleshooting steps
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ATS integration
- Assist in other HR projects and initiatives as required
