Position: Civil and Structural Engineer
Work Location: Bangalore, India
Education: BE/ME
Experience: 6 to 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power & Refineries
Job Description:-
1. Project Leadership : Lead and manage the civil and structural design team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve project objectives within specified timelines and budgets.
2. Design Oversight : Oversee the development of civil and structural engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
3. Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless integration of civil and structural designs with overall project requirements.
4. Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee accuracy and precision in civil and structural engineering deliverables.
5. Innovation : Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continual improvement within the civil and structural design team.
6. Resource Management : Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
7. Risk Management: Identify and address potential design and project risks, proactively implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
