Job Title: Social Media Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media Specialist to join our Luxury Villa Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing all social media channels to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
Create visually appealing and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Generate high-quality photos, videos, and written content that showcase our luxury villas, amenities, and unique offerings.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive and interactive online environment to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Social Media Campaigns:
Plan and execute effective social media campaigns to promote special offers, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers and collaborators to expand our brand reach.
Coordinate influencer campaigns and ensure that they align with our brand values and image.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on social media performance.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
Should be well versed with Canva Pro and other Editing Apps to edit Videos and Make Reels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in the luxury or hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
A passion for luxury travel and lifestyle.
