Job description
This resource will be doing NAV development, troubleshooting and fixing NAV related issues. This is a Mid Career position with emphasize on technical knowledge the position doesn’t require project / team management skills, and the work is tasks driven.
Competencies 3-5 years' experience with Dynamics NAV 2017 programming. Carry out development activities within NAV 2017 and Dynamics Business Central At least 2 years developing using AL Code o Development and integration work with C/AL. Design and implement interfaces with other software systems (websites, enterprise data warehouse). Develop new and modify existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV C/AL customizations, 3rd party advanced solutions, object merges, application upgrades, and system configuration to use base Dynamics NAV features. o Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support Ability to write technical documentation, user test scripts. Create, modify pages, reports and tables or custom logic in C/AL . Documenting features created or modified. Working with functional support team to understand features and relay accurately and effectively what changes implemented. Relaying status updates as needed to project managers and other team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field Dynamics NAV technical experience (C/AL, CSIDE) SQL and database knowledge (Ability to write queries to query a SQL database is ideal) Preferred Education and Experience Microsoft .Net framework development using Xarmin Familiarity with API programming (XML/JSON data exchange)Job tags
