Roles and Responsibilities (In Detail)

Electrical

#Ensure transformers working properly, Quarterly, Semesterwise & Yearly preventive maintenance need to be done.

#Daily HLP report need to be made & analysis of areawise consumption in the property.

#All DG working correctly on automode.

#Low tension & High tension room need to be check.

#Air circuit breaker, Isolators, Jumpers daily observation & monitor of the working.

#All property lighting & power system work smoothly without disturbing the guest.

#All the Electrical Equipments quarterly & annualy maintenance need to be done and cross check all the equipment regularly.

Plumbing

#Ensure WTP,STP, Fire hydrant system, Hydro pneumatic system will work Properly.

#Daily water consumption details and calculate the water consumption area wise.

#Minimize the water consumption details and calculate the water consumption area wise.

#Ensure all properties swimming pools work smoothly without disturbing guest.

#Ensure all the sewer drain points works properly.

#Ensure the all properties water leakage are arrested & vectified.

HVAC

#Ensure all the areas Air-conditioning system work properly.

#Ensure all the VRV outdoor periodic maintenance done by quarterly.

#Daily check breakdown list of the HVAC system & rectify the same.

#Closely monitor prevantive maintenance of the VRV system and report to General Manager.

#All the room indoor system need to be maintained quarterly.

#Coordinate with Executive & Technician on day to day operation.

Experience and qualifications required for the job

Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems

Minimum Qualification: Relevant qualification


Minimum Job Experience: 7-8 years
