As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar industry, including commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, government agencies, and potential clients.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.

4. Lead the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.

5. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the solar industry.

3. Proven track record of success in developing and closing business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

4. Strong network of contacts within the solar industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and potential clients.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential risks.

6. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.
