Job description

PURPOSE/SUMMARY: What is the employee accountable for Why is this role/position important in terms of impactKeep in mind the scale of responsibilities such as no. of staff, no./size of accounts, territory, services, premises etc. for whom the incumbent is responsible. Some examples may include (Directs the activities of colleagues, ensure excellence in service delivery, Enable the delivery of development plans.) *As a Procurement Buyer your core responsibility will 50% Data Analysis and Training Coordinator and 50% working on P2P activities.* Handling systematic P2P processes for conducting tasks related to purchasing of Indirect procurement*Design and conduct training sessions to enhance the communication and data literacy skills of our team members

Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for our suppliers and partners, ensuring they meet our quality and performance standards.*Creating Weekly/Monthly reports using various tools like Excel, Share point, Power BI, SAP BW etc.

General reliability as a team member *Provide suggestions for internal process improvements*Handling day to day communication with stakeholders*Provide suggestions to improve efficiencies *Generate ideas for process improvements *Internal contact with various departments Maersk Line Offices*Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas*Achieve productivity targets – so as to improve the overall performance of the team. Position Specifications:The minimum education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities required to perform the position. For Example, Education and Experience (Education – College Degree What should the highest level be completed or Experience - How many years of experience should the incumbent have overall and specifically in – the industry, function, technical area) Education and Experience2-3 years of Reports creation and Modification2-3 Years of Business Analyst2-3 years in creating management Reports relating to ProcurementGeneral awareness of the practical side of Operations & Cost Management

Technical Skills:List any specific computer equipment, programs or systems colleague would be responsible for operating.*Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Share point, Google Sheets, BW, Power BI etc*Ability to follow-up with External/internal Stakeholders via Email/Phone *Knowledge of SAP, S4 Hana*Very good English skillsLearning Description:The key skills and competencies the incumbent should learn in this position. *Project Communications and Training Specialist*Insights and Analytical *Teamwork *Attention to detail
