Job Descriptions Please go through below Job Description , as we are on the lookout for a highly talented and self-motivated Logic Monitor professionals to join us on our journey in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity for senior-level position. Location – Noida & Bangalore Exp – Min 5 Years to 10 Years Key Responsibilities Managing, architecting, and integrating monitoring systems technologies including with Logic Monitor. Build tooling to automate common and/or repetitive tasks Core monitoring concepts on Network Monitoring Solution. Create connections between disparate cloud services using APIs to integrate their data Own and manage business critical cloud infrastructure and applications Secure various SaaS and PaaS offerings, Solve new and complex IT challenges Work with security and compliance teams to support compliance efforts Build policies and scripts to support thousands of company owned devices Identifying, building, and supporting a comprehensive infrastructure, application and infra /app monitoring program to support meeting Service Level Agreement metrics. A team player, responsible for monitoring customer infrastructure via Logic Monitor. Working experience in managing infrastructure in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure) Good Concept on Cloud Infrastructure monitoring requirements. Evaluating and implementing monitoring tools. Experience in supporting monitoring technologies for Hybrid environment. Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring across all monitoring tools. Investigate new technologies related to monitoring, including running proof of concepts (POC) Help and Support comprehensive enterprise monitoring. Develop monitoring solutions for virtualized compute, storage infrastructure and applications. Develop rules, alerts and notifications. Preferred Skills Strong written and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with program and customer stakeholders to provide a monitoring foundation that supports meeting Service Level Agreement metrics Experience/ Knowledge on Could Monitoring, Application, Networks along with Infra monitoring tools and requirements. Good to have knowledge in scripting via Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash Shell and/or Batch. Good Knowledge on Linux and Windows OS, DB , SQL requirements. Additional Advantage : Experience in Cloud based monitoring technologies and concepts. ITSM and ITIL concepts. Who you will be : Logic Monitor Tools Administrator. Handling large customer monitoring requirements via Logic Monitor. Experienced in demonstrating awareness of stakeholder business needs Experience with Scripting (Linux Shell/PowerShell), SNMP & Agent-based/Agent Less monitoring Building, Accessing, Troubleshooting, Monitoring via Logic Monitor.
