JobDescription:

We are currently looking for a highly driven Team Leader Sales for our organization.

Responsibility:

• Strong Data Analysis Skills, Use of Technology around Data Analytics.
• Manage Team to deliver on Quality, Call productivity, Sales, & Shrinkage as per the defined benchmarks.
• Excellent Communication.

Criteria:

• Dialer management.
• Outbound sales experience.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Should know throughput calculation like attrition, shrinkage, SLA's.
Should have handled min 15 to 25 agents as team lead.
• Maintenance of the data records, meeting revenues & targets
