S2S Expert Solutions Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics - Heavy Vehicle Driver Recruiter to join our team. As a Logistics - Heavy Vehicle Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified heavy vehicle drivers for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the transportation industry and experience in driver recruitment and selection.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified heavy vehicle drivers through various channels, including job boards, online platforms, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
• Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with qualified candidates
• Conduct driver assessments and road tests to evaluate driving skills and abilities
• Verify driver qualifications and documentation, including licenses, certifications, and medical examinations
• Coordinate and negotiate job offers with selected candidates
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain relationships with drivers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 12th Pass or a related field
• Proven experience in driver recruitment, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Knowledge of heavy vehicle driving requirements and regulations
• Strong understanding of driver assessment and selection techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively screen and assess candidate qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
