Key Responsibilities & Indicative time allotment Customer on-boarding and Issuance Deliverables - 50% - Drive Targeted applied to paid ratios in respective Offices.
- Enhance M0 ratios to maximize AFYP. (Protection and Retail).
- WIP Management and improvement of Issuance and GO Actionable Resolution TATs.
- Liaison with other support units at Home Office (such as PI, UW, IT, Sales promotion etc) to ensure that all operational issues /help items pertaining to SETU Desk are resolved.
- Trainings of Front End Sales team, Sellers on various UW/PI guidelines and any updates
- Ensuring regular distribution engagement through various platforms
- Ensure regular training and process updates to distribution team
- Liaise with various departments at HO for smooth operations
MIS and Dashboards -50% - Business Number Reporting
- Data reconciliation.
- MIS / Dash boarding.
- Formulation / EXL expertise
- Expertise in PPT creation and reviews

Desired qualifications and experience: - Graduate
- Must have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience, of which at least 1-2 years should have been spent in Operations and / or Customer Service
- Experience of branch Operations and / or Customer acquisition process preferably in Insurance, banking, telecom or MNC service companies
| Measure of Success: - More than 90% of applied to paid ratio.
- Consistent improvement in M0 Issuance.
- Improvement in NB process.
