About the Role: Managing supply expansion, retention, and demand generation to achieve defined business goals

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and work on a plan to constantly build supply of holiday homes for the region as per sales target and brand guidelines set by the organisation
  • Devise and build a lead pipeline through lead generation campaigns as per the requirement of the region
  • Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring higher possible conversion rate.
  • Negotiate and ensure best commercials for all leads converted.
  • Improve the CAC for homes and TAT to make homes live
  • Support teams in retention, grievance and the performance of properties on boarded to achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Required Skills

  • A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among owner, guest, and employees.
  • Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
  • Good in advance excel and managing google sheets
  • Strong leadership skills with negotiation skill
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
  • Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Qualification And Experience

  • Master's degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in business development
