Job description
Roles:
Responsibility:
• Understanding the customer requirement for Pumps & Spares.
• Quote preparation based on customer inputs and Complete the proposal within the specified time.
• Interfaces with sales, service and manufacturing teams to deliver proposals.
• Coordination with all India Sales offices for Spares requirements.
• Maintaining spare pricing list and pricing trackers.
• Assisting Negotiation & finalization of order finalization.
• Customer Satisfaction and Performance review after installation.
• Profitability Analysis based on customer groups and segments.
Authority: Specific region of service will be allotted.
Dimensions: Region Sales Target: As per the Company's Annual Order Income Budget plan for the area assigned.
Qualification: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Chemical preferred. Engineers from other streams can be considered if combined with relevant experience.
Experience: 3 - 7 years of experience in internal sales of Industrial products.
Skills & Competencies:
Specific functional knowledge & skills:
1. Fluid handling products like other pumps, valves, heat exchanges, Compressors, Chillers, Seals etc.
