Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Senior Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, Account Management, and Communication. Qualifications Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills. Experience in Hiring and Account Management. Excellent Communication skills. 4 to 8 years of experience in US IT bench sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of various sourcing channels. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Familiarity with technology and industry trends. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience in the IT industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Having experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and job portals would be beneficial.Job tags
