Role Description We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager located in Dhanbad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, prospecting potential customers, and presenting and promoting our products to increase sales. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Qualifications Experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industryExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyStrong organizational and time management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel within the regionBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in team management and proficiency in CRM software would be beneficial.
