Requirements

A qualified Company Secretary with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). 0-2 years of relevant experience, either through internships or entry-level positions, preferably within a government organization or a corporate entity. Basic knowledge of corporate governance principles, company law, and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. Ability to work within deadlines and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
