Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, managing client services, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. The Client Services Manager will also be responsible for maintaining communication between the client and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Digital Marketing is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams
• Experience in customer service and client services management
• Ability to create reports and analyze data to make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner
