We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Administrator in our Global IT team. Who owns responsibility for the administration and upkeep of Inchcape's third-party SaaS platforms including but not limited to our purchase to pay product.
In this role, duties will include ensuring the SaaS applications are running effectively and daily housekeeping tasks are being carried out, including managing the on and off-boarding of users.
Ensuring smooth and timely resolution to issues across multiple SaaS applications.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the SaaS applications and disperse knowledge to support staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Adhere to Group Procurement Policy, Standards, and Procedures, for governance and controls
- Create, update, and manage user accounts and assign roles to users in systems including the creation of custom roles and performing annual system access review
- Facilitate and maintain relationships between Inchcape and our SaaS vendors/partners, creating standards, and maximizing value
- Conduct due diligence checks on vendors periodically and as part of the vendor onboarding process
- Manage agreements and catalogue content including system maintenance
- Gather issues from the end-user community and provide Level 2 support
- Provide oversight and direction for system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support
- Optimise existing processes for efficient Procurement management
- Partner with Group IT on integration requirements
Required Experience - A minimum of 4 years experience in supporting SaaS platforms.
- 3 years experience supporting tax/law/finance systems.
- Advanced proficiency in database management and security
- Extensive experience in performance metrics and improving processes.
- Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes.
Required Knowledge
- CIPS qualified or willing to work towards
- Awareness of the standard end-to-end Procure-to-Pay Processes
- Awareness of standard Procurement Practices and Policies
- Basic IT knowledge
- Required Skills
