About the role
We are on the lookout for a highly talented and motivated Content Lead to spearhead our content initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in driving our business goals through strategic and impactful content. Your responsibilities will encompass leading a dynamic team of writers, videographers, and designers to create captivating content that resonates with our audience, generates leads, enhances engagement, and contributes to category creation.
Job Location - On-site, South Delhi
Experience Required : Minimum 2 years
Salary Range -
INR 40,000-50,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Conceptualize and create innovative and high-quality content for social media to drive user acquisition.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of content creators, including writers, videographers, and designers.
- Produce and oversee engaging content across various platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
- Employ SEO best practices to optimize content, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize content management systems to track traffic and engagement metrics.
- Devise and implement an effective content calendar, social listening, and promotional strategies
- Regularly track and evaluate performance metrics, optimizing content based on engagement data.
- Facilitate content distribution across digital channels and social media to amplify web traffic.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and leverage insights to generate innovative content ideas.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Content Lead or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in audience and buyer persona research.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimization techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality work.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic startup environment.
