Job description
Responsibilities:
- · Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and graphics for various
marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and website assets.
- · Utilize industry-leading design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, CorelDraw) to design and produce high-quality artwork.
- · Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and promoting brand recognition.
- · Stay updated on design trends and techniques to bring fresh and cutting-edge perspectives to our visual assets.
- · Work closely with the Marketing department to understand project requirements, target audience, and project
objectives.
- · Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
- · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements across different
platforms.
- · Provide design support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- · Prepare final artwork files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- · Maintain an organized file and asset management system, ensuring easy retrieval of design files.
Requirement:
- · Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- · Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
CorelDraw).
- · Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Should possess a robust ability to conceptualize ideas effectively.
- · Exceptional creativity and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- · Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- · Flexibility to adapt to changing design requirements and priorities.
- · Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
- · Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
